Performed seated or standing, this program engages the heart and lungs through aerobic movement combinations set to music.

Emily Johnson is the Founder and Creative Director of StrongerU Senior Fitness- a premier pre-choreographed senior fitness series. Her mission is to help as many older adults as possible to maintain or increase their current level of fitness, prevent falls and chronic disease, and live more exceptional lives. The StrongerU Senior Fitness program helps older adults stay physically fit, intellectually sharp, and socially connected.
