Rebecca Rigert is thrilled to be a part of the Virtual Brain Health Center launch, and brings with her a rich background of teaching, coaching, and mentoring.  She has performed and taught as a dance professional for many years, working alongside exceptional artists in the ballet and modern fields such as Mikhail Baryshnikov, Judith Jamison, and Desmond Richardson.  


Many years of training professionals in the dance world at prestigious institutions such as The Juilliard School, NYU, and American Ballet Theater morphed over the years into the desire to work with more diverse communities and to help people move toward a grounded and balanced foundation in their lives.  


Yoga and meditation are at the heart of Rebecca’s love of teaching and sharing with her community all that unifies us and strengthens us.
